We do not charge for our software, except if you have ordered a CD from us, you are paying for shipping and handling. If you have been charged for the acquisition and/or installation of our software, please email us at free4anyone@netzero.net with any information you can provide on the company that charged you (company name, address, phone number, etc.). Unfortunately, we will not be able to compensate you, but you will be helping keep the Internet free for other people.

NetZero members may incur telephone charges on their phone bill, depending on their location and calling plan. You must check with your phone company to see if any local toll charges will be incurred for the selected access number.
