Your California Privacy Rights

We take your privacy seriously. We aim to be as transparent as possible in how we handle your information.

To make it easier for you, we have updated your My Account page to include the information we have collected for your account. You can log into your My Account page and review, edit or delete your information at any time. Please keep in mind that some information cannot be deleted while you have an account open with NetZero.

You have the right to request information regarding the manner in which we share certain categories of your personal information with third parties, for the third parties' direct marketing purposes. By submitting a request you will receive the following information:

  1. The categories of information disclosed to third parties for the third parties' direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year;
  2. The names and addresses of third parties that received such information; and
  3. If the nature of a third party's business cannot be reasonably determined from the third party's name, examples of the products or services marketed.

You may access your My Account at any time to review your information, but additionally are entitled to receive a copy of this information once per calendar year in a standardized format. The information will not be specific to you individually. You can submit a request by verifying your identity by logging into My Account and contacting Support or submitting a request via postal mail.
