My messages are being sent to Junk Mail.

If you have messages being sent to Junk Mail, you may need to change your Junk Mail settings to Off or Standard. A setting of Exclusive will automatically send all messages except those from senders in your Address Book or Do Not Block list to the Junk Mail folder. To prevent this, you can either modify your Junk Mail settings, or add the sender to your Do Not Block list or Address Book.
