NetZero HiSpeed 3G and NetZero Voice software System Requirements

NetZero HiSpeed 3G and NetZero Voice software currently supports Windows 98 SE/ME/2000/XP and Windows Vista.

The system requirements are:

Windows 98 SE/ME/2000/XP

• 90 MHz or higher processor
• 64 MB RAM
• 12 MB free disk space
• 28.8k modem
• Internet Explorer 5.0.1 or higher
• VGA monitor with 800x600 resolution

• 800MHz or higher processor
• 512 MB RAM
• 12 MB free disk space
• 56k modem
• Internet Explorer 7.0 or higher
• SVGA monitor with 800x600 resolution

NetZero HiSpeed 3G does NOT support the following operating systems: Macintosh, Windows 3.11 or earlier, Windows CE, Palm OS, Sega Dreamcast, Sony Playstation 2, Microsoft X-Box, Web TV, Unix/Linux for PC/Mac, and Mobile Phone Web.

NetZero HiSpeed 3G only supports Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0.1 or higher at this time.

The system requirements to run NetZero Voice are:

• Windows 98 SE/ME/2000/XP
• 166 MHz Pentium processor with 64 MB of RAM
• Speakers or audio-out port
• Microphone or Audio-in port
• Monitor with 800X600 screen resolution
• 28k dial-up connection
• Windows 98 Second Edition
• Internet Explorer 5.0.1

We recommend:

• Windows 98 SE/ME/2000/XP
• Pentium III processor with 128 MB of RAM
• USB Headset
• 56k dial-up connection or higher
• Windows XP with Service Pack 2 or higher
• Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher

What is the connection speed to use NetZero Voice?

NetZero Voice works on both dial-up and broadband internet connections. To ensure call clarity, it is recommended to have a connection speed of at least 34kbps.
