Yes. There is a one-time, non-refundable $399.98 fee for the equipment and installation costs required to set up your NetZero Satellite service. This fee covers the cost of the satellite dish, the modem, all of the cables and converters, as well as the installation charges, such as dish mounting and alignment, and laying the cable.

However, when you sign up for NetZero Satellite service, you will receive a $100 mail-in rebate form.

Members will be eligible for another $100 rebate if they cancel their service and return the equipment within 31 days.
