What is Family Pack? NetZero Premium Content Family Pack provides access to leading content providers at a deeply discounted rate. Family Pack members receive more than an 84% discount on the content bundle when purchased through NetZero. The NetZero Family Pack includes GameBlast, Britannica Online, Clever Island, and American Greetings.* *Content providers and content subject to change.
Do I have to be a NetZero Platinum or NetZero HiSpeed 3G member to purchase Family Pack? No, you do not need to have a NetZero Platinum or NetZero HiSpeed 3G account to purchase Premium Content. You must have Internet access to use Premium Content. However, in order to use the NetZero Premium Content service, you must create a NetZero Member ID and password.
What are the system requirements for Family Pack? These system requirements are needed to play games on the Shockwave and Clever Island sites. Windows 98 SE/ME/2000/XP - 90 MHz or higher processor

Can I access Family Pack over any Internet connection? Yes, you may access NetZero Premium Content over any Internet connection. You must login to the service using your NetZero member ID and password. If you do not have Internet access, click here to create an account.
How do I access the content once I have paid for it? If you are a NetZero member, there are Family Pack links on your start page and the account page, which will give you direct access to the content. You may also type http://www.netzero.net/content into your browser's address bar to log in to the Family Pack using your NetZero member ID and password.
