Once you can connect successfully to the Internet with NetZero, you will no longer need to use PeoplePC to get online. If you choose, you can cancel their service.

Cancelling PeoplePC

Members can cancel over the phone.

Phone: Call 1-888-587-9669

1. Call the number and follow the instructions to cancel your membership. A representative should be able to cancel your account within a few minutes.
2. Ask that a confirmation of your cancellation be faxed or mailed to your home address.
