A. How do I check my AOL and NetZero email? When using NetZero to connect to the Internet you can access your AOL email at any time by going to AOL.com and logging in. However, as a NetZero member, you will also get Message Center, giving you a minimum of 1GB of mail storage, and access to your email from any computer with an Internet connection. You can use Message Center, by either going to webmail.NetZero.com, or clicking on the Message Center tab at the top of your NetZero start page at http://my.NetZero.com For more information on how to use Message Center, click here. B. How do I check my NetZero account information? You can check the status of your account information at any time, from any computer, by visiting https://account.netzero.net/s/account. If you need help using the Account Information page, click here. C. Can I still use my Instant Messenger (AIM)? NetZero has a built-in Instant Messaging feature that allows you to send instant messages to all other NetZero members using NetZero Voice.
However, NetZero is compatible with most Instant Messaging programs, including AIM, so you can keep in touch with everyone on your buddy list.
