Where do I send a check or money order to pay for NetZero Platinum or NetZero HiSpeed 3G? Thank you for signing up for NetZero Platinum or NetZero HiSpeed 3G! The address to send your check or money order appears on your billing invoice. When you chose to pay for Platinum or NetZero HiSpeed 3G by check or money order, an email was sent to your NetZero email address confirming your purchase. This email includes a billing invoice that you can print out and send along with your check or money order. In addition, you should receive a physical invoice in the mail within 10 business days, which you can also use to pay for your Premium service. Once you receive your invoice, send your payment with a copy of the invoice to the address listed on it. If you do not want to wait for a postal invoice, you can print a copy of your email invoice and include that with your payment. Please do NOT send a check or money order until you receive an email or postal invoice!

Where do I make my cash payment to pay for NetZero HiSpeed 3G? At this time, you can pay for your NetZero Premium service by cash at the nearest Western Union Agent® location. Note that you will need to sign up for a specific plan that allows you to pay by Cash. To find the location nearest to you, please visit www.westernunion.com, and click on the "Find Agent Location" link. When you visit the Western Union® Agent location, please make sure to: - Fill-in the GREY Prepaid Services/Payments form.
- Enter your NetZero Account number where required.
- Also, ensure that you enter 'NetZero, Inc.' as the payee.
- Please fill in the $ field with the cost of your subscription. The cashier will charge you the extra $5 processing fee separately, at the counter. You may also be asked to provide your NetZero user id along with your payment.

You will receive an email at your NetZero email address with this confirmation. If you do not remember your Account number, please visit http://account.netzero.net/s/account and login with your newly created NetZero user id and password. Once in, please click on your Account Summary link - your Account number is displayed on that page. We do not accept part payments - payment will need to be made for the entire price of the subscription. Please note that an email invoice was also sent to you when you signed up, detailing how to make this payment. This email contains all the necessary information you require to make your payment.
