How can I pay for Platinum?

At this time, we can accept payment for Platinum through Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Network.

If your ATM card has a Visa or Mastercard logo, you will be able to use it as a credit card to purchase NetZero's pay service. Web sites do not differentiate between standard Visa or Mastercards, and those Visa or Mastercards associated with a bank account. However, NetZero is unable to accept plain debit cards (ATM) for payment.

If you would like to sign up for NetZero Platinum with a check or money order, you will only be able to sign up for the one of the NetZero Platinum multi-month service plans. At this time, you will not be able to sign up for the month-to-month Platinum service with a check or money order.
