Do multiple NetZero accounts count towards the 10 hour limit?

Each account you have will count towards your 10-hour limit if you use the same phone line or computer to access NetZero with these accounts. Creating additional accounts (with separate Member IDs) will NOT increase your total hourly limit or provide you more hours.
