What is NetZero?

NetZero's Free service allows anyone to access the Internet for free!

NetZero members receive up to 10 hours of free Internet access*, including free Message Center accounts, reliable connections, thousands of access numbers, and the ability to send instant messages to all the NetZero members using NetZero Voice. You can also use other popular Instant Messaging programs such as AIM, ICQ, Yahoo, MSN, and Trillian. The Free service is advertiser supported, and displays the ZeroPort, your 'Speed Dial for the Web.'

Members who would like to use more than 10 hours of NetZero access have several service plans they can upgrade to, all at considerably less cost than the competition.

Important note for Free NetZero members: To take advantage of offline email clients such as Microsoft Outlook, you must upgrade to a Platinum or HiSpeed 3G account. Click here to upgrade today.

*The 10-hour per month limit is per household and we assume that each household has only one computer and one phone line. If you are sharing a computer or phone line with other NetZero users, your hourly usage will be aggregated with those users - even if you have separate Member IDs.
