If you would like to cancel your account, please call our toll-free billing support number at 1-800-851-7908. When you call, be prepared to provide your NetZero Member ID and last 4 digits of your credit card or Platinum account number for verification purposes. Note: This phone line is for billing-related calls ONLY; billing agents are unable to answer other types of inquiries.
