Why am I charged $12.94 (or $17.94) instead of $9.95 (or $14.95) on my statement?

NetZero charges an additional $2.99 monthly service fee for the electronic check payment option. The total charged to your account each month after the first charge will be:

• Platinum members: $12.94 instead of $9.95
• NetZero HiSpeed 3G members: $17.94 instead of $14.95

You agreed to the additional monthly service charge when you signed up for the electronic check payment option during registration.
