Why does my credit card appear to have been billed twice for my NetZero Platinum service?

A single NetZero email address can have only one billable service subscription. You may have signed up for an additional Platinum service account using another NetZero email address.

To check your account or billing information, please visit the My Account section of the NetZero Web site at https://account.netzero.net/s/account. On our secure Web site, you can change your credit card information, billing or contact address, and you can view your account summary, usage, and more, at any time of the day.
