Windows Update doesn't work

If you are experiencing problems running Windows Update, this may be the result of a conflict between Windows Update and our NetZero HiSpeed 3G service. To resolve this problem, disable NetZero HiSpeed 3G while using Windows Update.

To do so, right-click on the speedometer icon in your system tray at the lower right of your screen, and select Turn HiSpeed 3G Off.
