I get a "Video exceeds maximum size" error when uploading a video.

The video messages you send are restricted by both size and time according to your service level:

Service Level	Max Length (Minutes) (Recording Video)	Max Size (MB) (Uploading Video)
Free users	3	100
Platinum/MegaMail	5	100
MegaMail Plus	10	200

You will not be able to upload any video that exceeds either the maximum file size or duration for your service level. If you attempt to upload a video which is bigger than either of these, you'll see this warning. If possible, you will need to edit it to meet the limits.
