My email is stuck and does not download

If, in the normal course of events, you check your email and the volume of email in your account drops below the 1 GB limit for Platinum members or Free users, new email will begin to accumulate in your account once again.

Should you have mail stuck due to large attachments, corrupt messages or just too many emails, you can use NetZero Message Center to check your NetZero mail on the Web. Delete the mail that is causing the download problem, and you will be able to download the rest of your mail into your regular email program.
