Creating Additional Email Accounts

Important note for Free NetZero members: To take advantage of offline email clients such as Microsoft Outlook, you must upgrade to a Platinum or HiSpeed 3G account. Click here to upgrade today.

If you would like to create a new NetZero email account, or if you would like multiple email accounts for different members of your household, you will need to sign up for a new NetZero Member ID for every new account you would like.

You can sign up for more than one free email account for use with Message Center, but if you use a free account to log into the NetZero software, it will not have the benefits of NetZero HiSpeed 3G, Platinum, or MegaMail. Only the primary account holder that signed up for premium service will get these benefits.

If you would like another account in your household to have the benefits of NetZero HiSpeed 3G, Platinum, or MegaMail, that account will need to sign up for the premium service separately. Click here to sign up for NetZero HiSpeed 3G, Platinum or MegaMail. If you would like to sign up for a new free email account, click here.

Once you have a new free email account established, follow the steps below for the different email programs to set up your mail account:
