Can I access my home computer when I am at work?

Yes. Your NetZero DSL modem allows you to connect to your home computer from a remote location via a Remote Access feature. To configure your Remote Access:

1. Open a web browser and go to gateway.netzero.net.
2. Click on the Remote Access icon.
3. Click on the Remote Access Settings link.
4. In this window you have the ability to:
   • Enable Remote Access
   • Choose a password to use to connect remotely to your home computer.
   • Set the number of unsuccessful connection attempts before blocking all remote access (security feature)
