How do I enable Third-party browser extensions?

If you are having problem in viewing a Web page, please follow these steps to disable third-party browser extensions:

  1. Click the Windows Start button
  2. Right-click on Internet Explorer and select Internet Properties.



  3. Click the Advanced tab.



  4. Uncheck Enable third-party browser extensions (requires restart).



  5. Click Apply.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Start Internet Explorer and try to reproduce the issue.

To determine which third-party browser extensions may be causing the problem you'll need to revert to the original settings:

  1. Click the Windows Start button.
  2. Right-click on Internet Explorer and select Internet Properties.
  3. Click the Advanced tab.
  4. Uncheck Enable third-party browser extensions (requires restart).



  5. Click Apply.
  6. Click the Programs tab and select Manage Add-ons.



  7. Click the Add-ons that have been used by Internet Explorer and select all but the first of the add-on check boxes that are installed.



  8. Click Disable.
  9. Click OK.
  10. Open Internet Explorer and try to reproduce the issue.
